【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationspecifiesmethodsformeasuringsingleshocksatthehandle(s)ofhand-heldandhand-guidedmachinerycharacterisedbyamaximumstrikeratebelow5Hz.NOTEInordertodescribethecharacteristicsofsingleshocks,thisTechnicalSpecificationdefinesquantitiesfortheevaluationwhichgobeyondthosedefinedforhand-transmittedvibrationinENISO5349-1.ThisTechnicalSpecificationalsodefinesadditionalrequirementsforthemeasuringinstrumentationwhichisnecessaryfortheevaluationofshocks(seeAnnexesA,B,DandE).Theaimistofacilitatethegatheringofemissionandhumanexposuredatainordertoprovideabasisforemissiondeclarationandforthefuturedevelopmentofexposureriskcriteria.However,thisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotprovidemethodsfortheinterpretationofthepotentialhumaneffectsofsingleshocks.ThisTechnicalSpecificationthereforeisabasisformeasurementandevaluationofemissionofsingleshocksfromhand-heldandhand-guidedmachinerybutdoesnotcovertheevaluationofhumanexposure.
