MIL-STD-277, MILITARY STANDARD: STATIC ACCEPTANCE TESTS FOR LIGHT OUTPUT OF FLASH MUNITIONS (01 FEB 1956) [NO S/S DOCUMENT]., These tests are used to determine acceptability of a lot of flash items by static testing and be measurement of the light output of a representative sample. The tests are applicable to all types of flash munitions.
