【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardestablishesasystemforqualificationbythemanufacturerofLevel1andLevel2NDTpersonnelengagedinnon-destructivetesting(NDT)ofseamlessandweldedsteeltubesandassociatedproducts,includingflatproductsusedinthemanufactureofweldedtubes,culminatinginadeclarationofcompetencebythemanufacturerinrespectofsuchpersonnel.Thisstandardspecifiesthepre-requisitetrainingandexperience,andqualificationrequirementsfortwolevelsofNDTpersonnelcompetencetoexecutespecifiedtasksintheNDTofseamlessandweldedsteeltubes,includingflatproductsusedinthemanufactureofweldedtubes.Thisstandardpermitsbothmanufacturer,andmanufacturerapprovedexternalbody,trainingandqualificationofLevel1andLevel2personnel,asparalleloptionsinthequalificationprocess.AsanalternativetotheuseofLevels1,2or3personnelintheregularemployofthemanufacturer,themanufacturerispermittedtoengageonacontractbasissuchpersonnelfromotherorganizations,providedthattheymeetthequalificationrequirementsofthisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesto,NDTpersonnelengagedintheNDTofseamlessandweldedtubesandflatproductsusedinthemanufactureofweldedtubes,usinganyoneormoreofthefollowingNDTmethods:a)EddyCurrent(ET).b)FluxLeakage(FT).c)LiquidPenetrant(PT).d)MagneticParticle(MT).e)Radiography(RT).f)Ultrasonic(UT).Individualsinthetestareaandhavingnoinvolvementintheadjustment/set-upoftheNDTequipmentitselfortherecordingoftestresults,arenotrequiredtobequalifiedundertherequirementsofthisstandard.
